We want to give our buyers a great buying experience. Whilst we always encourage buyers to view the sale in person, we recognise that it is increasingly common for buyers to rely on the internet. Whilst we always recommend you view a sale in person we recognise that it’s not always possible. We are therefore more than happy to provide you with a condition report and any additional images you may require other than those already illustrated in the online catalogue.

You can leave an absentee or commission bid stating the maximum amount you would like the auctioneer to bid up to on your behalf for a lot. You can either complete a form when you’re viewing, call or email us with your details.
To find out whether you have won your lot the sales results are posted on our website a few days after the sale. If you have provided us with an email address, if successful, you will receive an email after the sale.View the Catalogue
You can bid via a person on the telephone acting as your bidder in the room. You will be called approximately 5 lots before your lot. In the event we are unable to connect or signal is lost, you can leave a commission bid on registration.
We will only accept registrations for telephone bids made by 4pm the day before the auction and for lots with the lower estimate over £80.Call us 01295 817777
Register your details on the day and you will be given a paddle with a number. Use this to bid.
Each lot purchased is subject to a Buyer’s premium of 20% plus VAT.
We accept card payments over the telephone. We do not accept American Express.
We accept cash up to a maximum of £5,000. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cheques.
You must pay for and collect your items no later than 3 working days after the sale. No lot can be collected prior to payment having been made. Items not collected after 7 days from the date of the sale will be charged storage at £2 plus VAT per lot per day. Cars will be charged at £5 plus VAT per lot per day.
Collections can be made during the auction but only where practical.
